RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY
If for any reason, clients aren't satisfied with the product(s) can be returned within 3 days of delivery. Customer must contact company by sending a message through "CONTACT" page at home page. Once the written request is received, I will send a written confirmation to the customer including the "Return Authorization Number". Clients must write this "Return Authorization Number" externally on the box. The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent.
Jiggy Visuals reserves the right to deny any unauthorized returns. Jiggy Visuals does not accept any items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned item(s) has been revised and accepted. Any order(s) paid with a credit card the refunded amount will be available within the next billing statement. Processing time may vary depending on credit card company. Order(s) paid by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account, after sending by email the bank coordinates to the customer service.
